Mahmoud Mouhamed Ali Ibrahim is a PhD candidate at Queen’s University, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering. He has a diverse portfolio of practical experience, including 3D modeling projects such as investigating the seepage effects of a new garden area surrounding Al Rakhna Villa in Al Ain, UAE (June 2020). Mahmoud has also worked on soil improvement projects using grouting systems, as well as 3D modeling for industrial jetties in Abu Dhabi. Additionally, he has contributed to surveying and road design projects in Dundalk, Ireland, and conducted liquefaction assessments, bearing capacity calculations, and settlement analyses for construction projects in Egypt. His expertise extends to designing pad and pile foundations using Euro Code standards, showcasing his technical proficiency in geotechnical engineering.
